The question being: "Shall CSHB 468(JUD) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 468(JUD) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 21 NAYS: 14 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Anderson, Chenault, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Joule, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Morgan, Seaton, Stepovich, Weyhrauch, Williams, Wolf Nays: Berkowitz, Croft, Gara, Gruenberg, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Meyer, Moses, Ogg, Samuels, Stoltze, Wilson Excused: Cissna, Holm Absent: Gatto, Guttenberg, Rokeberg Weyhrauch changed from "Nay" to "Yea".
